Meet Sadie

Sadie Friend is best known for a classically powerful voice used gently with compelling lyrics. A story teller full of emotion with a sweet-tempered tone. Originally from the South Hills of Pittsburgh, PA, she grew up listening to and being influenced by Stevie Nicks, Johnny Cash, and Jackson Browne. Growing up, there was a lot of movement and independence playing sports, learning guitar, and singing as often as possible. Sadie always had a love for the countryside and mountains. The longing for the woods and birth-by-hellfire raising bleed through to her songs and carry a pleasant weight in her performance.
